Theresie Nyirakajumba’s native Rwandan culture forbade girls from hanging out with boys. In other words, it was frowned upon to find a girl with a man. Because of this, she never felt anything for males, and even when she was old enough to marry, she turned down offers from them.
Parents and friends of Nyirakajumba urged her to get married, but Nyirakajumba claimed that she wasn’t prepared. “I wasn’t interested in talking to men. Throughout my youth, I was prevented from having any romantic relationships due to a severe dread of males, Nyirakajumba told Afrimax in an interview. I would observe men visiting my hometown, but I never fell in love.
Nyirakajumba stated that she is prepared to find love even if she is 123 years old and still virgin. Up until lately, when she started looking for a guy, she had no desire to live alone but her advanced age prevented her from doing so. Because of her age, she is not attractive to the men in her town.
I have never had a husband in my entire life. My age is 123. Yes, I am still a virgin at my age. The Rwandan woman, who lives alone in a home that may soon collapse, said, “If I had a husband, maybe I would have some kids, but I don’t have any.
She frequently struggles to eat because of her advanced age, lack of money, and solitude. But she hopes to meet Mr. Right before she goes away. I’ll be open to the possibilities if a man shows up, Nyirakajumba stated.
