The church service at Heaven Way Champion Ministries International, which is led by Evangelist Patricia Oduro Koranteng, well known by her stage name Nana Agradaa, was chaotic on Sunday, June 11, 2023.
The Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah’s junior pastor, Manasseh De Game Changer, was summoned to the front of the congregation in the middle of the service.
After making several charges against the former fetish priestess-turned-evangelist during a social media debate, Manasseh made an attempt to apologize to her.
He tried to make amends for his transgression, but the congregation and a few of the subordinate pastors at Agradaa were furious.
Gye Me So, one of the younger pastors charged at the visitor three times and viciously beat him.
Agradaa begged the junior pastors and members of her congregation to stop fighting during the brief break in the service caused by the violent outbursts.
Manasseh finally expressed regret to Agradaa for his many charges, including the one that she had killed and buried her own child beneath the church’s foundation after the tumult had died down.
In her response, Agradaa said that while she accepted the apology, she would no longer be able to be friends with Manasseh, welcome him to her church, or assist him financially as she has in the past.
