David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is a Nigerian artist. He recently disclosed that Cristiano Rolando, a young football star in Portugal, is a “very good friend.”
When he was a guest on the most recent episode of Anas Bukhash’s ABTalks podcast, he made the announcement.
Davido, who made history as the first Nigerian singer to perform at the FIFA World Cup final in Qatar last year, lashed out at Ronaldo’s critics after Portugal was eliminated from the competition.
He remarked, “Take a look at what happened to [Cristiano] Ronaldo after the World Cup. By the way, we’re friends. He is one of my closest friends.
I was on the internet after Ronaldo left the World Cup, and the haters were really destroying him, despite everything he’s accomplished.
Davido’s 2017 smash hit “Fall” featured a tribute to Cristiano Ronaldo.
